Case study on Pandemic every 100years from 1720.

Hey,
I am here again, with a new case study.
This case study's topic was told by Mr. K. Bhosale, who is a Professor in an engineering college.

So,
Some people from you might not be getting the subject or topic of this case study.
For those, "From 1720 year, after every 100 years we get into a new pandemic".

Now,
Let's explore what this all actually means.

While looking into this matter, I had recently watched a video on YouTube claiming this. The pandemic were stated as follows:

1720-The Plague
1820-Cholera
1920-Spanish Flu
2020-Covid-19.

Now,
Let's do an observatory analysis from current pandemic, which is Covid-19. We already know that the Covid -19 outbreak was in the month of December 2019 from Wuhan city of China.
Though claim was 2020, we can admire one months freebie for the claim, so claim can be right.

Now,
Spanish flue, The Spanish flue occurred in Spain in the year of 1918-19. So the claim gets false here.

Then,
Cholera is started in the year of 1817 from Calcutta, Which also makes it as a false statement.

Just because first known epidemic gas resemblance with the current pandemic, we can't tell it occurs every 100 years.

So the claim is false as pandemic is not occurring exactly after every 100 years.

Still we can think it as a approximate time span to have a pandemic and we can plan ourself accordingly.

But wait,

Now let's have a look on list of Pandemic occured in the last 100 years, which was the duration between Spanish flu and Covid-19.

1) Russia thypus epidemic-
Duration:1918-1922,
Death-toll:2-3 million,
Affected areas: Russia

2) H2N2 Influenza-
Duration:1957-1958,
Death-toll:1-4 million,
Affected areas: Worldwide

3) H3N2 Influenza (Hongkong flu)-
Duration:1968-1969,
Death-toll:1-4 million,
Affected areas: Worldwide

4) HIV/AIDS-
Duration:1981-Present,
Death-toll: 35+ million,
Affected areas: Worldwide

5)Swine Flu-
Duration: 2009-Present,
Death-toll: 2-3 million,
Affected areas: Worldwide

From above list we can easily falsify thestatement as within last 100 years 4 pandemic had already hit the world and I can still remember the virus that were called as "Ibola".

I hope your doubts must have been cleared now about the statement made "Pandemic occurs every 100years".

Case study on God for Atheists

Previously I was getting high electricity bills, So I thought to get some solar lights of 9 Watts, I got them and then during those may days, even in that summer, it was raining many times and the solar lights were not getting charged.

That time I was wondering why electricity is needed to lit the lights, then I assumed the kerosene lamps and that is actually a form of chemical energy.

Finally I had concluded as the energy is most needed thing in our life and we cannot create anything without sufficient energy put into something.

The Metals, the rocks, the soil , often considered as non-living elements, are still having energy into it, while it's in the form of the atoms it consists of and we already know that the atom is having positive and negative charges and that's why I can easily back my words.

Now let's come into new thing or we can say our main topic, with all of the scriptures saying, whether it's Holy Quran, Holy Bible or Holy Shrimad Bhagavad Gita, the God is only one.

While in Islam, the Got is named as Allah and no form of it is presented, similarly in Christianity also God's form is not present in Hinduism there are many God, but all the God are having a different purpose, about which I will be talking in later part of this study.

As per an article I read about how "BRAMHA",VISHNU" & "Mahesh" are born, there it has been specified that there was a super power, known as "SHAKTI" from which these three God were born and they have been given the responsibility to run the World. 

Here "SHAKTI" is the supreme power and what actually "SHAKTI" means in English, it's the Sanskrit word for Power, and Power is what? (In the context we need is electricity), it means An energy, and the whole world is based on energy.

As per many theories it has been stated that the whole world is made up of atoms and when you look into a single atom, you observe positive and negative charged protons and electrons.

As per another theory given from Hindu religion, as we often refer God "VISHNU" as  the manager of the World, this name "VISHNU" is comprising two names in it, "Vishva+Anu", means "World + Atoms", So even if we can't say God doesn't exists, we can't ignore the fact that "Vishva+Anu" exist.

Now let's come to the point of other God defined in Hinduism, Some of them are:
1) Agni dev: God of fire (A form of energy),
2) Pavan dev: God of Air (A form of energy),
3) Varun dev: God of Rain (A form of energy),

In Hinduism many times even natural things are also praised, the reason I am not till clear with, but one of the reason can be the form of energy the nature comprises of.

Being atheist during my toughest times of an year, I had seen many things and started bullying many concepts of Hinduism and lost faith in God and Religious organization. 

But, I had started to investigate the facts about what makes us live a life?

Are we part of any game?
Are we really in any existence or just like virtual characters in games?
Do we really have any associated power with us?

Finally, 
I had started getting the answers for my questions, 
First thing was, our body is run by an energy, what we eat and drink also gives us energy, what we think about positivity and negativity is also energy, we often say aura, it's also an energy.

The GHOST is a negative energy, and that do really exists, if negative energy exists, there should be positive energy and that's the God.

Even being atheist and not being attached to any religion or religious organization or spiritual thoughts, you can accept Energy as a God and can't ignore it.

I hope this would be helpful for you to understand the existence of Supreme power for Religious and spiritual people that power is God, for Christians it's God, for Muslims it's Allah, For Hindus all form of energy are God.

So for atheists, Energy is God, and still if you are ignoring it, you are meant to be just strive for the mental happiness that can never come through small outer happiness.

Case study on, "Companies attrition rate"

Hi all,

I am here again, 

Today, I am going to talk on, how attrition rate should be kept low.

Various companies have various policies, and a set of people might be there to ensure keeping the attrition rate at its lowest. 

But before taking a dive into this,  let's first understand,  "What is attrition and attrition rate?".

Attrition:
Attrition means, "The process of losing someone from the mass with the natural process, such as retirement,  personal reasons, elimination,  etc.

Attrition rate: 
Attrition rate is the rate on which employees are leaving. This is the ratio of employees leaving the organization to the average number of employees. 

Formula : 

Attrition rate = (No. If employees left/Average no. Of employees)*100. 

Suppose,  A company  has on an avg 5000 employees and 100 people are leaving.

Then,
Attrition rate=(100/5000)*100

Let's simple this equation, 

Attrition rate =(100*100)/5000
=10000/5000
=2%

Means 2% is the attrition of this example. 


Now, 
Let's move to the factors which helps company to keep attrition rate low.

1) Salary hikes: 
Salary is something more close to an employees mind, and whatever may be the current salary, that is not enough and the employee thinks himself as underpaid. 

When a company give frequent salary hikes, the employees wil certainly look for the improvement areas in himself or herself,  rather than finding new jobs on anywhere.

Which in turn will stop many employees to think about the company switching. 

2) Work adhere to interest:
We often see young freshers always ask for the role of the developers, and a justification(that is actually correct) is given from manager or HR, that you may have done great piece of work during college days, but on enterprise level things are different,  So please put on some experience and then come up with request for role change.

But when same person after having an year's comes to HR or manager, he/she should have been offered what he/she demanding. To make it more valuable,  tests or assignments can be taken. Yet, things doesn't change after having that experience. 

Many employees are okay to work with less salary but in the work of his/her interest.

3) Nice atmosphere:
Some offices are green, no doubt about that, but mostly, companies now-a-days have high skyscrapers, with high quality facilities. 

But it's not necessary that everyone like to work in the same office. Scientifically it is proved that, surroundings affects a person's mind. 

So companies that have nice atmosphere could be helpful to keep employees motivated.

Above one's are some of the things that are to be done in employees favor. 

Now let's think with business perspective. 

4) Keep employee profile simple and not versatile:
The way it looks nice and mostly appreciated as a fascinating term, but a big pitfall of this versatility is that, an employee can never master himself/herself in something, and will have many skills but not good in any of them.

In marathi, there is a saying, "Ek na dhad, bharabhar chindhya", it means, not focusing on single piece and making garbage of everything. 

With above versatility,  you might get appreciated by many people,  but while going for an interview,  you may find yourself in trap, as you are versatile but don't know, which part you want to continue. 

5) Keep recruit number high:
As we have seen earlier,  the formula of attrition rate, it suggests, the more employees you are having the less attrition rate will be, as attrition rate is inversely proportional to the average number of employees. 

So more the employees, less will be the attrition rate.

6) keep long notice period:
By doing this, company not only confirms that, an employee must not get settled on his/her decision to capture and change other job.

Wait, 
Let me explain with an example,

Suppose company  XYZ is hiring and have urgent need of a manager, So needed a manager within a month, in company PQR, employee E is working and he like to apply for the XYZ company, but the notice period of PQR company is 90 days, so employee E, could not apply for the job.

Finally, these are some points, which are valuable to keep attrition rate at low for aby organization.
